There is no doubt that planning an event or party can be particularly stressful, and you will have questions to ask us, to help you decide if we are right for you, here is a list of the most common questions we get asked.  

Q: How do I book you?

Q: What do you charge?

A: The most popular question of all, and not an easy one to answer. The reason is the number of factors we have to take into account to cover our costs. We believe in the service we offer, and know our professionalism, reliability and adaptability makes us a great value for money choice. We quote competitively! 

Q: How long prior to the event do you need to set up?

A: Ideally at least 1 hour. We are often set up well within an hour, however, we like to allow this length of time to be absolutely sure. Additionally, if you could provide details of how we can load equipment at your chosen venue (i.e Stairs, nearby Parking) that would be helpful.

 
Q: What space do you require?  

A: A 4m x 2m area should be ample. We will also require access to at least 1 mains power socket. We do not require a table. 

 

Q: Can you play what I want?

A: Of Course! We actively encourage customers to tell us the type of music you would like to hear, its YOUR party, after all.  Weddings, in particular, require a more defined level of personalisation and Harlequin understands this...see our Harlequin Weddings page for more information on what we can provide.

Q: What Lighting do you provide?

A: We use modern lighting to to provide the right atmosphere for maximum dancing! Our equipment is versatile enough to go from dynamic club-like lighting to more gentle lighting as you require. If you have any special requirements, please ask, we will always aim to meet your requirements.

 
Q: Can you provide Karaoke?

A: Yes! We can add Karaoke to any of our packages. We carry an extensive list of Karaoke songs, songbooks and microphones for you to use. There will be an additional charge for this service. 

Q: Why should I choose you over the other DJ's?

A: Our number one source for bookings is word-of-mouth referrals. Its the old customer service cliche. If you recieve good service, you'll tell one or two people, if you recieve bad service, you'll tell 10 or more!  

We are proud of the regular good feedback we recieve even so, we are constantly looking to improve. Our certificates for Public Liability, our most recent PAT Testing and details of our Pro Dub licence are available for your own peace of mind. We want your night to be memorable for the right reasons, and for you to tell as many people as possible how well we have served you.
